Default 3 Bar map sensor; which is better?

There are the grey ones which part no.: APS 05/01 and the black ones with part no.: SPA 05T.

Who has got experience with them (failures, lifetime, fuel consumption etc) and which one to choose?

Never heard of a SPA05T, old ones is as you say aps05/01. All newly manufactured ones reads SPA05/01 as far as I know.

I've got one here and it really says "SPA05T"..

But no difference in quality between the 'old' grey ones and the new 'blacks'?

Oeps... and if Stu doesn't know..
I double checked and this is what it really says. With the capital 'T'. First I thought maybe the paint from the characters was fading, but no.

See pictures, sorry for the quality, the camera doesn't has manual focus.. but the capital 'T' can be seen.
