The kiddies on their mopeds round here are an absolute nightmare. When I was rushing to my brotehrs aid after he had an accident the other month I got stuck behind three of them riding three abreast at 30mph and I couldn't get past

Don't think they should ban mopeds but I certainly think they should raise the age to the same as cars. At 16 most are too damn daft to be trusted with any motorised vehicle

The fact of this matter is that anyone caught on a public highway adopted road or pedestrian footpath will have the said minimoto or alike confiscated under the uninsured law that was passed earlier in the year they have 14 Days to reclaim the said minimoto or alike but have to pay Ł105.00 statutory police fees or it will be destroyed !.

Since the law was passed where I work for a recovery firm that contracts on the police scheme we have crushed untold amounts we even squished a 53 plate M3 convertable last month Sacralidge !!!!! .......................

So in the long run it pays to have insurance

Regards Doug .

Crushing a a car like that Why on Earth did the owner not go and recover it. Surely you wouldn't drive something like that with no insurance
