The fact of this matter is that anyone caught on a public highway adopted road or pedestrian footpath will have the said minimoto or alike confiscated under the uninsured law that was passed earlier in the year they have 14 Days to reclaim the said minimoto or alike but have to pay £105.00 statutory police fees or it will be destroyed !.

Since the law was passed where I work for a recovery firm that contracts on the police scheme we have crushed untold amounts we even squished a 53 plate M3 convertable last month Sacralidge !!!!! .......................


So in the long run it pays to have insurance
