Default FAO Plumbers

.. Or anyone with more sense than me!!

Been wanting to get a electric shower put in at my house (the plastic thing attached to the taps, just doesnt do the job ) anyhoo's was reading up and it said i couldnt have a eletric shower as i have a combi boiler.. I had to have a mixer or shower tower (never even heard of one of them lol)

Are these expensive.. and how much am i looking at, at paying for this kind of job?

Thanks in advance!

You CAN have an electic shower with a combi boiler.

All you will have to do is get a mains cold water feed to the shower and an electric supply thas is up to the job.

OR

You could get a Thermostatic shower which works directly off the combi boiler using both hot and cold supplies and does not need an electric supply. You may also get this "Pumped" so becoming a Powershower

Jemma

To put an electric shower in is fairly simple for a plumber to do as long as there is pipes in the roof

A Thermostatic shower is a little more involved tbh.

You will be looking at about £200-300 PLUS the shower for it to be done.
