Have just recieved a txt off 02 saying........

"We're sorry for the delay, your July bill is on the way. Your payment has been moved to 23/08 for this bill only."

That means im going to be stung for a 2 month bill when my August bill comes in

02 customer service is shit at the moment & carnt get through

Has anyone else recieved this txt or im i just the unlucky one

Didnt they offer anything mate or an apoligy? Customer service is crap

I can see why people use the pay as you dont go option now.

Paul all they said was ring back tomz and it should be sorted goodbye

A good few times i have spent 2 hours on hold just to sort out my MMS when i first got the phone.

I have been with Voda since owning a mobile and this is my first time with anyone else and sometimes i wished i stayed with voda

2 of my mates had had the same thing.

My 02 contract is up the end of the month and im going back to Orange, much better customer care.

Snap mate, ive was with Vodafone for over 10yrs & they couldn't offer me a decent upgrade or package so i moved over to 02. They were good for the first few months but im thinking a little bit different now

Now ive just recieved a txt saying.....
"You recieved an incorrect text message about your July bill today. Please ignore, & except our apologies for any inconvenience"

Bollock to that, think i'll be paying to get out my contract tomorrow, if these sort of mistakes are happening.
