hi just wandering when u go to the tuners (or tuner) do they set the boost to what u want or to what the engine can take at the state of tune????also when they have set everthinging up say i turned my in car boost adj up or down won't i undo what they have done???

 

they set your car up so its safe if u start fuckin with it will prob go bang

 

I agree - if you're going to start pissing about with it after they've set it up, why get the work done in the first place ?

 

In-car boost is evil.. but if you insist on keeping it, the tuner should limit the max you can adjust it to to be the max they have set it up to, so you can't destroy anything.. but in all fairness, a suitable boost cut should exist in the chip anyway!

 

trust mate dont touch it i did once and it never ran right after that so i had to book it in again!

 

i was thinking of a collins unlimited boost chip and taking of the boost valve what do u think ???
