How do people do it? I used to find it difficult in my old xr4x4 with Mt75 gearbox.. I guess a quickshift kit would shorten the throw and help with the quick change too?

A Quickshift would shorten the throw.
We have B&M units in stock. However, if the shift is actually difficult, you may find you have the wrong oil in the box.

 

nah, thats not what i meant.. the shift was always easier, its just the time between shifts as its such a long throw.

I dont even own a 4x4 anymore, was just thinking about the gear shifts so thought i'd ask the question

 

I Have a B&M item in mine...quite expensive but the gearchanges now have a shorter throw and are crisp
