I just don't think they look good in anything but white.

I thought they were only ever available in white, it's a re-spray obviously, but should be white.

Nice though.

but i think they look sooooo good in red,....look really sporty, and think they look newer than a c reg car...

The one that didn't have an original S1 shell, but had S1 ID or along those lines

 

No idea, i immediately tought it was a re-shell though, but you think that people would say that in the ad.

Look smart in red as long as its got the proper S1 decals.

But S1 kitted cars without the decals look wank I reckon, jus seems tacky then for some reason.

If it's the one i'm thinking of this is the one using an RS1600i shell! It IS NOT a Series 1!

Has the 3 Bolt struts on it if you look in the engine bay!

Ive seen the car up close and it looks stunning, ok its not a genuine s1 but on looks alone its lovely

 

that looks nice but as said, graphics would be a nice touch, also I don't like those rims (escossy ones would be nicer) that chrome grill or sun visor strip

But then it ain't my car and he ain't going to care what i think

That car is a ringer. Series one ID, old two bolt shell.....q plate at best, crushed at worse

 

As Matt wrote..it's a non-genuine S1 with S1 vin & tags.
There was a big thread on this car on RSOC a month or two back.

There's no doubting the quality of the car or the workmanship, but IT IS NOT A GENUINE S1.

 

Not disputing the id at all, I am only saying having seen the car close up it is very nice indeed!

Just the identity lets it down big time.
