Went to Bugjam this weekend. Had a superb time and by far the best car show ive attended so far!!! Got there Friday just before lunch, having started drinking when we left at 9am! From the outset the place was packed, both sides of the strip were totally full with people camping and more people were camping outside the site! There were some awesome cars in attendance both in static displays and on the strip, was definately a few upsets! I am amazed at the size of the VW community, it really is vast!

 

Meant to say though, we did break down on the way home which was quite bad but even though we blocked a lane of the A14 off for about an hour spirits remained high and we were supported by a constant stream of VW's driving past and cheering us on! I guess thats the only downside of the whole VW thing!

 

Im going next week for Mopar Nats for a long weekend of beer and loud V8's

Went to bug jam today also ,found my brothers cal look we built back in 88 ,could not find mine though proper day ,bought back so many memories ,lots of great cars there ,loving the "rat look "

 

i went yesterday, and found it a really amazing show. I've never seen the Pod so packed. So much so, it took us 3 hours to get out of the car park... ouch!

Best show i've been to though!
