Quit me job of 12 years so am putting up my BMW for sale.

1997 BMW 328i convertible, blue with blue hood. Grey/silver leather.

130k miles, had block replaced at BMW due to Nikisil issue at 50k, runs like a new car, it really does. No knocks or sqeeks, no smoke at all and engine purrs (like a 6 pot should). These 6 pots will do over 300k no bother. M3 factory fitted front and rear bumpers, also rubbing strips. M3 copy mirrors fitted by me. M3 clear lights front and rear. Electric hood. 17" AC alloys, front tyres as new rears loads of life in them. OBC. Factory fitted Cat1 alarm (closure, locks doors, etc) with 2 remotes still. Comes with all factory keys.

Full toolkit, torch and factory warning triangle. Service history and old MOT in original wallet. Also comes with original leather sample and all factory books.

Had MOT last week, failed on balljoints so i replace both complete arms and had tracking done, its now got 12 months. Had a clutch about 6 months ago and also had a radiator at same time. 6 months tax.

Hi Neil.

Has the car had the timing chain done in it's history, also does it have air con ? airbags ? CD stereo etc...I'll probs try catch you on Msn on Tuesday or Wednesday too. CheeRS!

 

No aircon (take the roof down!) Has a 12 disc changer in boot. The timing chains are fitted for the life of the engine mate, they dont get changed. The timing chain tensioner's sometimes need changing but this one dont. Has drivers airbag as usual.
