any one know what 200f is in degrees my temp gauge went there today cheers

200 degree Fahrenheit = 93.3 degree Celsius

water temp guage? seems ok to me, most cars run around 90c

u can get aftermarket ones yes that work at different temps, i know some1 who has just bought one for a non-ford

or you could have the fan on a switch aswell

cheers mate ill have a look,just thought it mite have been running hotter today with this weather,worried as it a new engine spent loads of cash on a resore of my s1

i see, i wudnt worry to much as around 90c is pretty good running temp as ur fan cuts it ok too, do you have a after market guage on urs?

yeah mate i have the autometer pro comp range ,water temp,boost,oil pressure,oil temp and air/fuel ratio so the engine is well moniterd,on a run in map at mo on gotech

crappy standard gauges never right mate get a good one worth it in the end

My ECU only cuts my fan in at 204 degrees so no need to worry about 200

You can easily put a bypass switch in, the fan will still be able to operate as normal and turn off with the ignition, but you can override at any time

Its only running one wire from the fan plug to inside the car.....
