Default Thanks everyone!!!!!

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just a big thanks to everyone who replied and helped me save my S1.

after the car started dropping its revs and stalling at standstill and whilst slowing to junctions and roundabout, i posted endless topics for help.
The garage said it was a vacuum leak.
As you know i changed:

manifold gasket
inlet gasket
rocker gasket
samco boost hoses

only to find that it was none of them.

got a tuner out who discovered as the car warmed up the fuel pressure dropped. So again I changed:

the Fuel pump
re-wired the fuel pump
and changed my fuel hoses.

But still no joy............2 months later......i ordered a Fuel Pressure regulator £44.

fitted this morning..and its working.

ive driven for 15 miles, stopping and turning the car off for 10 mins then staring again and driving.....no problems.
Chuffed as nuts!!!!!

So thanks for all your help lads.....

oh by the way...was booked in at the garage who said it was a sensor issue, they said they will order all sensors and eliminate one by one........would have cost me shed loads!!!!!

done all this work myself at a cost of £125....bargin!!
