Default EFI inlet adapter plates, were from how much???

As above mate of mine needs an adapter plate to run ERST manifold on an EFI cvh head. Were do you get them from and how much please??

now bri use a standard turbo plate file the side which mates with the head try that mate

Could do like, its me old S2 the lad blew it up while i was on holiday, done head gasket in after water pipe popped and cracked holy shit out of the head, he has an efi head and is going cossie managed but needs to get it running sharpish lol
