mate u really hate 1.6 cvh engined rs turbos y?? every post that u seem to talk about us zetec this and zetec that ....i understand that yes its much easier to gert more power from but rthe way i see it its this ...the car is designed to be 1.6 cvh not a 2.0 zetec turbo ....so anyone that can get serious power from the cvh fair play as they have stuck with it and not just went and wacked in a far bigger engine for massive power its defets the whole purpose of tunning ...cos nex someone will do a cossie conversion and another and another one and so on ...where does it stop ???

Main thing is budget, zetec tuning up to about 300hp is FAR cheaper than cvh. Admittedly its cheating but like you say its just advances in tuning.
I've got serious respect for the big power cvh's but no less respect for the ZT's and zvh's since its difficult to make the figures some of these cars make either way
