from what i can figure out, after the match fixing problems, there are going to be 3 teams relegated from seria a, juve, lazio and fiorentina with ac milan staying up but losing 15 points from the start of the season
whats going to happen to the teams that were supposed to be relegated?
are they still going down?
what about the teams going up?

Difficult to say depending on the evidence but i bet there will be a swarm of premiership teams amongst others in europe trying to buy the players that want out of them teams
The teams that were relegated i believe are staying up now and teams like Roma who qualified for the uefa cup are now in the champions league instead etc
I also read that Juve have been stripped of their last 2 serie A titles they won also

the ruling, while harsh, were fair as far as rulings went
juventus were stripped of their last 2 titles because the match fixing scam was running in the 04 and 05 seasons
to be relegated AND have to start the season with -30 points is a fairly light let off, but if your players decide that they want nothing more to do with the club then they've only got themselves to blame
mind you, this means they won't be back up for at LEAST 2 seasons
it's like chelski being sent to the championship, it's a massive club and this is a bit of a wake up call for anyone else who's tried to swindle some players getting sent off
for those who don't know the story, the basics were that there were certain officials who wold card certain individuals in certain games so that they would be forced to miss out in playing games against these 4 teams
all in all i think there are 26 people who have been caught and banned from the game for at least 4 years

for me they got what they desereved, if your gona try and influence a match in any other way than playing football you deserve everything you get. they win the world cup sunday, then by friday, there top league is proved to be a joke, funny old game.
