Default Ford Racing Ka?

Did ford ever produce such a thing?

Or is this advert a lot of nonsense?

Hmm not 100% sure but i don't think they did - they did however produce alot of after market parts through the Ford Racing brand which enabled you to build your own Ford Racing style Ka - wide front wings etc.

There was a rally series for the KA, with full support from Ford Racing as it was called at that time, but, the cars where full on propper rally cars, the pics dont look like it's a 'ford racing' produced car to me...

It does however have the kit that they had etc, which could be purchased from ford.

they did make it but not many of the complete car's they were ment to be the "sports version" of the ka but they had fueling problems and stuff, so they made the sport ka which is slower!you can buy the stuff from ford racing but its mega bucks for not much!

My better half has a Sport Ka and I think its better looking than that. We had a look at all the Ford Racing bits when we bought it and there was nothing there we liked.

The dash is cack in the standard Ka (its grey), the seats look old and I don't like the wheels on that one. The orange and black one looks like it crashed into Ripspeeds front window display.

Cheers

Matt

Yes they did......theres lots of sppecial parts, racing dampers with eibach springs, wider wings blah blah, i have a parts list with the 909 numbers if anyone wants one.

I have the FRK seats in my fiesta, same as the Racing Puma seats but a two tone grey, much easier on the eye and very sexy
