12 or 24v?

Wicked cars either way.

Aint bad on petrol either, even at 120mph a auto 24v senator does 25mpg, so a lighter manual Carlton will be better.

12v manual,

I thought the senators were same as give or take trim bits and badges?

Senators are bigger n heavier. An even bigger version of an already huge car.

Kinda 5series and 7series in size if comparing to bimmers.

nie cars but the 24v's are a LOT quicker.

These things used to be cheap as chips £500 - £1k but are beceoming rare and moe expensive

that 12v engine is pretty much indestructable, and makes a handy spare if you need a boat anchor

£250 i paid for it, needs both sills patching with weld and a couple of bulbs to hopefully get through MOT.
Drove it back today, drives fair mint, couple of creaks because its been stood, may need a bush or 2, pulls like a train though once in mid range
