My mate borrowed his mums the other day and we went out in it. I've gotta admit, I didnt drive it but from where I was sitting it felt like it would be an amazing car in the right hands. Just gripped the road like a beast. I'd never own one though. Was a laugh driving round in it though. Everyone must of thought we were a couple of hairdressers going to a hair emergency the way we were driving

I had the misfortune of being given a lift in one a couple of years back with the roof down and the owner playing Spandau Ballet's 'Gold' at top volume.

One of the most embarrassing moments of my life...

...Apart from when I fell asleep on some woman's shoulder on a bus and dribbled all down her arm.

I have their greatest hits double album, but I wouldn't be stupid enough to get caught playing it in public .

As mentioned on another thread I mentioned wanting an MX5 to the GF and she said I would look too gay even real gay men would beat me up.

Friend of mine had an open top Spitfire which he insited on having the hood down. My own mother called me gay for being seen in the passenger seat... yes my mother!

Finally you're learning!
