Default Puma Racing Tech Advice

Hi guys, My other half is the proud owner of a FRP but the problem is that sometimes if she switches it off then bgoes to start it again it seems to flood its self and the only way to start it is to put foot on throttle and slowly lift it as she turns the key, also smells of petrol. Sorry for the long winded description hope someone can help cheers Jason
