just phoned HIC to insure my escort cossie and they said, "that unfortunately due to a recent escort cosworth owner putting in a obscene personal injury claim for himself and girlfriend, they now no longer can insure them as they are far too high risk."
come on then - who got 40K for a supposed double whiplash?

ermm ok lol..
He prob didnt just have a competitive price and wanted to save face or somethning, Ł40,000 for whiplash would only be possible with loss of earnings, ie proffesional footballer on say Ł10000 a week and having maybe 3 weeks off like.

So there o.k to take our money when the going is good i.e no bad claims, then one bad claim and they don't want to know!
that is bad!.
So much for being a good company, they should look after the customers they have that have been paying them for insurance for years.
Dave.
