when i called to take a policy with them yesterday it had doubled from my original quote ,they told me it was a young driver in a sapphire who caused it

 

thats what i heard.....a saph a few months ago totalled his car with every passenger claiming injurys

I'm with them at mo with my S1 cos I had a policy with my 3i then needed to swap over to the S1.... S1 is Ł670 (TPF&T) for 6k miles ayear

g/f was with them, this yr extra 300 for her s1 up to 780 fully comp cause of same reason,she got rac for Ł460 fully comp.

 

total bulshit told me same when renewing policy for my series1,said it was due to a hundred grand plus claim to do witha saph will not be using them next year.anyone tried to contact them on the phone for anything other than renewals?takes about a fucking week!! what would they be like if you made a claim? bastrds knocked my agreed value down by Ł500 ,"based on current market!!!???".what without even seeing the car?wankers if you ask me!!

Dont think the ombudsman exists any more does it?I got told they dont.If you want cheap insurance try liverpool victoria.I got a series 2 rst,full no claims,no restriction on miles,no accidents/convictions,superchipped ecu,-31 actuator.Fully comp with protected no claims = Ł320

 

i renewed with HIC last week for 250 quid tpft. i'm happy with that.

 

You try n get em n the phone afterwards though. You got no fukcin chance. I have been on hold for over 30 mins before now on a fekkin mobile trying to get through.

 

they cant just cancel your policy cause of someone elses claim,they can only do that if they find a fault with your policy,ie not declared mods or you have an illness that you should declare,thats BANG OUT OF ORDER
