cant get bonnet open

cant get bonnet open
when i pull the orange latch to open the bonnet nothing happens.unhooked the wire from the latch and pulled it with pliers but still nothing.is there a way to get the bonnet open ?

think you need to stick your hand up from underneath and open it manually.
wait for it to cool down first though or you will cook your arm on the turbo.
