Are the above pistons from Burton Power for the 2.1 Zetec E turbo conversion low comp??

Burton will machine them to lower the compression even more for you.

arent accrilite pistons meant to be a bit wank ????

Arias are the piston of choice by Mr Howell and or Cosworth racing pistons

cheers matey, how much did it cost ya?

How much are calbra pistons!

I rang burton and they said the crowns are unfinnished which is fine, but he never said anything about them finnishing it off!! grumpy git he was!!

Unfinished just means totally flat.

If you want to lower the compression to run more boost you can have them dished like mine are.

Cost was about £160 each (that was 3 years ago)

£160 each was to buy the piston, have it machined and to have it fitted.

Best speak to the people that are building your engine.

Its really what they feel works best or what you would prefer.

Personally i've had no problems with mine.
