Just got an e-mail off them saying that all the broadband packages are getting more speed...........FREE

Mine is going from 600k to 750k for FUCK ALL



Customer service is still shite though

and you right ntl are shit,if it wasnt so much hassle to change over for the next year i would

 

ive been pissing about on the fone for shit internet recently, got one month free tho cos of the hassle and got upgraded too for free
fucking customer service hotline is treturous tho

 

dont even get me started on NT fokin L!!!!!! i've been tryin 2 get thru 2 em for days now to order BB and leep bein put on hold!!!!!!! like they dont want my money or something!!!

 

i have been on hold with them for 45 minutes befroe

 

I've been on Ntl 1meg BB for about 18months now and not had any problems

use tiscali, no problems

 

I've been on 2 meg BB for about a year now with NTL with no problems at all.

Got through dead easy too, I just called thier local office number, never got put on hold, bloke came round next evening and within 5 days 2 meg!!!

can't fault it personally.

 

telewest upgraded all their services for free months ago!

 

Im joining NTL BB next month on 600k

Got 60 days free trial too

Yet when I rung bout it they transfered me to 5 different people

What's the webby for the changeover?
I heard about this over six months ago btw, still doesn't change that ntl are more expensive than ALL if the competition - may as well stay with them another year though in the student flat for convenience.

 

from wat i've gathered there service is good but if something goes wrong god help u!! cos gettin some1 to help u is no hope!

 

Ive had ntl 600k for about 18 months now always found them pretty good with problems my set top box started playing up they came out next morning and just swapped the box over

I thought my PC was running the internet fast as fook today then remembered this post!!!!!!!!!!!

just done the bandwidth test and im getting 271 now instead of the usual 127-ish I was getting before!!!!!!!!!!!!! BRING IT ON!!! ace!!

lets hope they can sort out their email and other stuff now!!!

this increase in speed has stopped me shopping round now actually - quite happy!
