is it possible. cvh sierra gearbox perhaps, has anyone heard or seen owt like it before?

From memory the cvh uses the pinto block, if that is the case then should not be too much work.

P.S. anything is possible with a big enough circular tool

yes it possible but not much point, cheap ways to get the power, cvh isnt a pinto block, there is a reply on old skool ford mate

i just want a reliable 150bhp and a dump valve, is that so wrong.this pic is when i bought it. the starmags are gone (7x13s and standard arches)and the chav sunvisor has gone ive got some better pics when i find em they will be on here.

whats involved, is there anyway i can upgrade without having to enlarge my trans tunnel? im keeping all of my old parts should i ever want to put it back to standard.

u can fit a cvh into a mk1 escort & im pretty sure u can use any of the gearboxes.

u will have 2 make up mounts for the engine

also u have the problem with the dizzy as this will be faceing the bulkead & will require mods. unless u go with a efi rs turbo engine as u can bolt the coilpack anywhere.

you can use 1.8 sierra cvh bottom end cant you with rst head etc
