Default -31 actuator what is it?

Ive been reading lots of spec sheets for rs's and a lot have a -31 actuator listed. what is this? is it something to do with the turbo wastegate a stronger one or something?

Just an uprated actuator on the turbo the -31. Opens the wastegate on boost

stronger spring, it's a garrat part number and ends in -31. Has a lift of pressure of a bout 7 psi, compared to 14 for a -34 and 4 on a std one.
