i remember someone saying that some guy is building, and fully testing each megasquirt before he sells them on! does anyone know any details on this?

Thats who i got mine from he is cheeper than the other one and tests all his before the go out and come pre loaded with a map for a zetec

Yes, he has been telling people that the ECUs he sells are virtually plug in and drive to make sales and i have been contacted by a few people asking why their engine won't fire up straight away.

In my opinion he is mis selling MS, mis leading his customers and damaging the reputation of the product/community

Stick with Phil Ringwood at efiextra.co.uk. He wrote half the extra code and therefore has a vested interest in the reputation of MS and is not just out to make a quick buck!
