Don't forget that once a cage is fitted your back seats are a no go area for passengers

The cage can be fitted but it is a very very dangerous place for passengers to be in the event of a prang.

I don't get why so few people understand this

The cage is not near anyone in the back im 6f and im fine in the back unless i was not wearing my seat belt but then rollcage or not you would be in trouble by hitting people in the front the type of rollage in my car and the type iver posted is 100% safe people so don't be worryed

Thank's for the oranoco health and safety lesson If anyone is worryed then you can get covers to put on the top bar fixted with cable ties. Think this is for thiner pipes but you get the idea took me 1 min to find

Go ahead and do it your way then mate. What do I know I only run a proper 6 point cage in my track car

Please see the post in the General Discussion for others views on this.

Incidentally the pipe cover you have linked to is not proper rollcage padding

Unless your baby is tall then you should be ok the part of the roll cage in question touches the roof lining

Fuck that, if i had a baby in the back of my car there is no way i would be thinking of fitting a cage.

My cars caged and i don't carry passengers in the back unless it is only a short journey and absolutely necessary.

At speed it would do more harm than good to rear seat passengers.

Dont be stupid, they weigh at least 30 kgs, they could cause serious damage should you have a side impact at speed

WOuld be like having a slide hammer in the back

At speed you shouldn't have any baby's in the back and didn't know Oranoco was such a by getting people from the main forum tell them to get over to the fiesta forum and tell me off

Well not on the motorway as you have a cage in your car and that wouldn't be a short journey

Think oranoco is making a valid point here... a head versus a roll cage and there will only be 1 winner!!!

Fuck sake I'm just trying to point out the extreme danger of what you are saying and as you won't listen to me I was hoping you may listen to others. Nothing to do with brown nosing, I'm just trying to save yor passengers life. I'm sorry you can't grasp that
