Default ignition relay battery drain

Hi guys/girls

I have a electrical battery drain on my fiesta turbo, it’s concerning the ignition relay.
It constally stays warm 24hours a day 7 days a week. The only thing I’ve done is to change the relay which has had the same effect on both.

Please someone help, I have heard of this problem before I hoping someone can suggest something I can try

PAUL

Check the wiring behind the fusebox and make sure no wires have melted through and are touching together.

Failing that, could be a bad earth i guess??
