hi peeps, does anyone know how to ajust the fuel on the metering head for more fueling on boost as mine is a tad lean, AFR meter saying very lean on boost....oppps.

its only doing 12.5 psi......so it should cope with that.

i turned the boost down to 8psi and its still a tad lean.....

and please dont just say GO AND GET IT SET UP, as i want to learn this myself,,,

Its not very easy Lee, u can do adjustments to the hydro electric pressure actuator, and you can do the vacuum pipe to pressure regulator mod, neither of which i would have a stab at and hope for the best

 

It's electo magnetic pressure actuator u pleb

Hydro - does ur run on water

And go and get it setup - ur gauge is next to useless...

i dont have a guage i borowed a afr meter and wide band lamder sensor off of a motorsport place i know so its the bollocks.... i have the pipe system you clamp on to your exhaust which has the sensor in it and that is wired to a digital reader that tells you what the afr is,, ie lean rich ect 12.5 to 1 ect, it should be the bollocks it cost over 500 quid, lol

the thing is i want to learn how to do this and dont just want to go to a tuner and let them get on with it, i have the right kit to do it ,det headphone amp ect....


what vacume pipe to the fuel reg......how the fook does that work??? anyone got a link or sumit???

 

ide like to know as well without the ussual , go to a tuner im armed with a screwdriver....cmon on ..u know u wanna wheeerez the screww grrrowl

 

my metering unit is actualy filling with fuel...lovely.. apart from being broken does anyone know what this means and how it could be rectified
