are we talking exact or interhcnageable?

Rear suspension and brakes are same.
Front suspension and gearbox and mointings are diff - better on the s1.
Front brakes are smaller on s1
Exhaust is slightly dofferent technically, but interchangeable

 

Front shocks are the same aren't they? Just the anti-roll bar set-up that's different.

 

Just thinking of interchangable parts really??

Like if i bought S2 Konis, would the fit a S1?

Same with exhaust?

Got 2 to look at today so we will see

 

Rear brakes are also larger on the S2 as the whole brake kit was lifted from the XR4i the S1 uses the early XR3i setup

 

Did the XR4i Have drums on the back?

The XR4x4s had discs all round.

 

The 4i had drums the 4x4 had discs on the rear

 

Oh right!

With the XR4x4 having discs all round, I thought the 4i would have had too.
