coming over heworth roundabout. We did a couple of those with the 20. turbo engine goes well in a 205 with a gti6 box.
gym-rst thats a wounder about it being wrote off
aye those turbo 8v engines go quite well for what they are, my mates actuator used to catch on the gear linkage or something (holding it closed) so it would boost like buggery in certain gears until he fixed the problem

Thanks guys. I used the hydrolic clutch as well. Have some pics of the crashed Pugclinic one too.
The red 2.0T they build has now been scrapped as well....so both cars from the MaxPower article are no more. (I bought the GTi6 box from the 2.0T after Graeme stripped it.)
The handling of the V6 is good. The subframe is completely custom so I moved the wishbones 3/4 inch forward for create more caster. I used 309GTi16 wishbones to increase camber. Handles like its on rails....even on high speeds. When I compared it seems like the Pugclinic V6 engine was sitting about 2 inches more forward (comparing enginmount allignment), so that might have ruined the handling. That and the fact that it had standard 1.9GTi brakes

Nice! That looks like it would be allot of fun, as andy sais. . wonder how it goes with such a big engine at the front! I remember the corsa with the V6 lump, everyone said it couldnt be done but some boy shoehorned it in
