My local dealer tells me Ford no longer supply all the copper washers that are needed to replace a fuel pump.

Does anyone know what size washers I need ?
Can I use sealing washers (dowty) instead of copper ?

Reason I ask is that I can't have the car off the road, so I can't take the filter off to check the sizes and wait until I find some

the halford fuel filters come with new copper washers in the box.......

 

burton sell them, can't remember if it's a m12 or m14 washer though sorry
