Default Cossie Cam Belt Changing

When changing the Cam Belt on a 2wd Cossie Lump, how'd you guys set the cam belt tension? I ain't paying Ford's fancy prices for a cam belt tensioning tool.
What make are pp8 plugs btw?

Apparently the tensioning rule is that you shoul be able to twist the belt 90degrees on the longest straight if you cant its too tight if it goes loads more its too slack.
