as im waiting a while for my parts to arrive from ford parts uk for my FRST as im changing my turbo over, i just thought can you share with me what type of oil you use in your fiesta rs turbo, currently im running-

duckhams 5w 40 fully synthetic oil .

i realise this maybe too thin (ive done 3000 miles on it + changed oil over 1500 mile intervals), so can you share with me the oil you use and what grade it is .
