Got a bit of a stupid one, some **** decided to kick my n/s door mirror and smash the glass, i've got a new glass, but don't have a clue how to change it, can anyone help??

 

yeah sure mate first remove the whole of the old glass ( wear protection tho) then give a good clean up with brake cleaner and wipe it dry after that just peel the back of the new glass center it and the press it evenlly till it click in place lol simple as
