Ive given up the beer for a while, think my body is hating it,
So ive set myself a 45 day detox,
No beer, just water and juices.

i did 6 months a few year back so hopefully i should do ok.

I wanna do a detox from weed but cant bring myself to do it.

Setting myself a target of a month, a couple of days after my birthday.

 

Yup i can last midweek say 5 days but then i fall off at the weekend - Nightmare being on the wagon

 

do them quite alot.

currently stopped drinking caffine for about a month at the moment.

 

I've stopped drinking alcohol and caffeine now for 2 weeks today!

Gonna try and go until the end of June when I go to Amsterdam!

 

Mines till 27th July,
Fly out to Tenerife then and with my birthday the day after it would be rude not to have a jar or 2

My last blast was NYD to my birthday, nigh on 6 months, saved a fortune

Good luck McG, you'll probably feel so much better for it, i need to go about the same as currently im having 2 pints a night, every week stopped smoking so might give this a go

Generally i sneak a pint or 2 a night even if i am working and do a night or 2 of getting McTwisted through boredom so ive Och set myself a work schedule that should keep my lips beer dry Aye,
and hopefully if i sort my eating out will lose abit of weight as i am getting to be a right fat McFucker

 

Detoxing isn't exactly hard

I only have the odd drink every few weeks although I guess during the summer months that may increase!
