Buy Fast Ford and read all about it in there - basically they have collaborated with a travel firm and organised Ferry / camping or hotel for five days centering around the Gatebil event .

Price includes 24-hour festival entry for the whole of the weekend.

If you don't want/can't be bothered/are too tight to buy a copy of Fast Ford, all the info's here:

i can highly recommend it if you can spare the time and money.

i went to the september event a couple of years ago and even though it was pissing with rain all day, it was the most enjoyable car event i've ever been to in my whole life. absolutely amazing vehicles out on track.

if you've got nothing planned one day, i suggest a trip up to lillehammer to have a go on the olympic bobsleigh (you remember on top gear that richard hammond raced down in the bob whilst james may was driven down the hill by solberg in a rally car there?). what an experience
