I need to know a rough price for a Pressure Release Valve and a new Circuit Board for the Boiler in a flat I let!

Fookin tennant aint got any hot water at the mo!

The boiler is a Worcester 24i IIRC.

Just a fairly accurate figure so i've got an idea of what someone's going to charge...

Whats the price split on the pair mate as i've only been told that the valve has gone FOR SURE, but the board only 'might' have gone...

Tennant has reported smoke twice and reckons they are getting no hot water..

My best mates brother is a CORGI registered plumber but he's rebuilding his own house and has too much work on to fit me in atm!

 

The smoke would worry me

 

It's more than likely steam!

 

is the heating working or has that packed up too? whats the pressure on boiler?
