Insuring 2 cars--Whats the deal

I may be looking at another car tomorrow and was just wondering what people do about insuring 2 cars.......Is it just a case of getting another policey for the other car, or is there another way about it??

The Missus Insures the Mondeo, I insure the 205 if that helps

I have another policy but they cant use your no claims but some places will mirror the no claims bonus.

I've got 2 seperate policies mate. Have had for years tho, and been fortunate enough to buid up full NCB on both. Some companies will honour your NCB on another vehicle as well tho.

I used to but i got a little paroniod when i had the 3DR, as there was alot of Car-Jackings going on near me (Karls was one of them) so i got a proper policy with Greenlight

Must admit, the traders policey was very handy

dIRECT LINE WILL GIVE U NO CLAIMS FOR BOTH CARS opps caps and they give u dicount for two cars aswell as your no claims on both.

Admiral multi car insurance is good. U can have up to 5 drivers i think, and they each earn they're own ncb and u can have up to 5 cars on it as well i think.

Me and my other half have signed up to it and we're paying about half of what we were paying before on our seperate policies

Thinking of making her sort her won insurance for the Punto though, incase her or her sister (who keeps crashing cars...) smack it and I lose about 50 years NCB
