Anyone know the duty cycle and frequency on the idle valve and the boost valve on the big turbo motor? Im putting in an aftermarket engine management system

I’m not shore if the idle valve on an Escort is exactly the same spec as a 2wd Saff but I use 40Hz for these solenoids using an Autronic ecu. I haven’t run the stock boost valve threw the Autronic so have no idea on that one.

what do you use for boost valve if you dont use stock?

 

I have a HKS electronic boost controller.

 

I was thinking of using that one, ive heard a lot about it. I think my EMS will do it though, so I might use that. If it doesnt work the way I want it to, Ill use the HKS.
