Im running simualer power and i have just bought a 5th injector system. Admittedly its not the best option but on MFI setup it probably is. Iv just had my pipe machined to fit the injector but i need the right pipe work for fuel and im not sure what ends i need anyone else any info?

What about this as an option?

No experience of them myself but sounds like a cost effective solution.

A lot of people don't like them but I use one and it's helped me along to 248bhp and a top speed of 149mph. Even if it is a little crude

When i bought mines it came with the 5th injector that andy got fitted when he owned it, it uses the cold start injector line of the AFM leaving that disconected.

in all honesty i havnt driven an RST without one so im not the best to advise on the matey but as T28's car shows its not a necessity (very nice by the way you taking it to showcase on the 28th mate? )

Also im popping through to AVA next month for a rollers session to get the car whupping ass (even more )

Mine was still on 4-injector KE at over 250bhp!!

It varies SO much from car-to-car. The metering heads are, by now, so old and their performance is the governing factor as to how much power the car will produce on it without assistance.

With that said, the car can be mapped for more power and better off-boost economy with an additional mappable injector, so that is the nicer solution. Normally, on KE, there isn't a really nice way of increasing on-boost fuelling without ruining off-boost economy.

How about this.....??

Christian has summed it up. It makes me laugh so much when people go on about big power and no 5th. What is your crusie AFR??

C - those inkectors really should be angled.

That set-up worked well on a car that was 250bhp on a Stage 3 T3.

Rick - How fast does the boosted air travel along that pipe? My guessing starts at Mach 1.0.

It cost over £500 to build and covered no more than 1000 miles, I am open to offers on it (PM me).

It has both connectors on the pipes for the 2 803 injectors and a Banjo fitting on the other end for the metering head. The pipework is steel braided.
