What's the easiest way to make 52mm holes in metal to take some gauges?

That's what my initial thoughts were but couldn't find any on Ebay so started to wonder if they did actually exist

Would they be like a cone shaped drill bit?

a hole cutter is a clyinder with teeth at one end. and it has a drill bit comming through the middle.

Better off using a hole punch. Gives a much cleaner and more accurate hole than those hole-saws.
