a friend went to look at a s reg fiesta to buy but said the door drops when opened,now i said dont touch it as its prob been in a smash
just wondering if they have a known problem with this or do you think im right in saying theres more to it than its just dropped?
the person who went to view it with says doors dropping is normal
also what are the doors held on with tapered dowls or something?

 

Door dropping happens when the a-post is swiss cheese rotten but on an S plate that seems unlikely, as you said accident is a good bet but Ive never had a Fiesta of that age so it could be a common hinge problem.
