was having a mooch around,looking at prices of escort cosworths
seeing how my investment is coming along,when i typed into
autotrader, ESCORTCOSWORTH.national, any price,and
wait to see what comes up, then up pops a bleedin 5dr Cosworth
lookalike and a 1.6 mark 7 to boot!,now i don't moan about youngsters,doing up their cars
but i'm getting fed up with what people think constitutes,a Cosworth
lookalike,this thing had a walnut dash
basically it had a spoiler on the back and nothin else
does anybody else get peeved,with lookylikeys

 

just put in a minimum price of 8k or summat

At times it can wind me up yeah! There's a lad who lives in the same town as me with a lookalike which he decided to paint "Subaru Impreza P1" metallic blue (not the brightest thing to do when your trying to make a copy look real, at least do it an original Escort Cossie colour for christ sake!! ) Shortly after I bought mine my Girlfriend saw the lad and just happened to say to him "have you seen my Boyfriends new Escort Cosworth?" to which the lad replied "yeah, have you seen mine?!" NO YOU SEE FELLA YOURS IS'NT A COSWORTH, ITS A 1.6LX WITH A WHALETAIL ON IT
