CVH33 KENT CAMS

Hows cruicial is it to run this cam on a N/A 1600 cvh, with Double Valve springs and Will the standard or Top Hat style Stem seals fit. Cheers BAZ

Also how would i go about timming it up when u get a vernier pully since i dont have a timing wheel can u buy or make these ect Cheers Guys
