Default Track Day Cosworth

Here are some pics of my car at the weekend.

It still needs the rear spoiler, but its been delivered two times by TNT and both times damaged.

The side sills are being painted and will be fitted this week.

it was a round of the German hillclimb championship.

The finish line was at approx 2400ft and it bloody snowed both days.

The first run was run with slicks and I even managed second in my class, but then the rain came at the start line with 1cm snow at the finish, I only had slicks and intermediates with me so I did not risk the car and did not run.

The ProAlloy looks really good, loads of Germans looking at it, I don't think many of them have seen such an intercooler before, seems strange.

Hopefully it should be ok as all events are held on smooth tarmac roads.

next event in 3 weeks, european hillclimb event at Wolsfeld.

Really nice that you all have it back together Kenny.

Now, don't crash it and win some events.

the BMW is 2L Gp A, the owner said it had 250ps.

It sounded pretty good too.

I did not get an overall position as I did not go out for my second run. I had completely the wrong tyres for the conditions and thought it better to save the car.

It dried a little for my third run but half distance it rained again and some of the track under the trees was still wet, so with slicks it was just a case of get to the top.

If I can find some videos online I'll post the address on here.
