just wondered if they made any changes on later fiesta rs turbos?

i used to own a h reg one and the window switches/boot release were low down on the console

i now have a k reg one and there on the door handles?

as anyone else found this and were there any other differences ?

 

mine was the same mate, i think all late frst's had them on the doors.its nothing to worry about though it is genuine

 

AFTER START OF 1992, FORD PUT THE ELECTRIC WINDOW SWITCHES ON THE DOOR POCKETS AND BOOT RELEASE IN THE CENTER CONSOLE.
I THINK THATS ALL THE CHANGES THEY MADE, AS THE RS 1800 WAS BEING MADE AT THIS TIME ASWELL, SO THATS WHERE THEY PUT THEM ALSO.

 

I was thinking of getting the pocket off an 16v XR2i and doing this to my FRST... not into them in the middle... didnt know they did them in the door handles tho??

But, same question as above... any other changes??

 

just re read that, mine were not on the handles but above the speaker pods on the door card. im assuming thats where you meant

Needles on the dials went from stumpy to pointy and the management changed over from OFAB to OFAC

 

and i got a black dash in mine
