Default s2 radio

hey guys and gals. just bought myself a s2 turbo and dead chuffed with it. only thing is the radio refuses to pick up fm stations. it's the original ford unit with graphic equalizer. i've looked at all the connections and wiring and can't see any obvious problems. i'm at the point where pulling my hair out is becoming more and more likely. if anyone can shed some light on this problem it'd be a great help.

Will be a problem with the antenna or its wiring. On an RST it is hidden in the tailgate near the wiper motor.

Sometimes seen the same problem when the heated rear screen has been faulty

I'd check to see if the wire to the arial is broken where it goes from the car body to the rear hatch.Regards Micky
