rwd,100kmiler stg 3 400bhp at the fly, t34, greens etc, full service history, rebuild at 70,000miles! its bn looked after by interpro, 4owners, garaged most of its life, cost me £3k! i know its cheap atbh im waiting for something to go but i did check the thing out, it runs fine, no oil leaks, no major rust, no bleedvalve, sensible boost, holding 1.2 bar! fingers crossed it will be good to me! some idiot put a supra spoiler on it



ive put mobil fully synthetic init, flushed out coolent, put a fresh 50/50 mix intit, removed the stupid spoiler and its off to M.A.D in 3weeks




gearbox n diff is silent but im havn trouble and only wen im shifting quickly, getting from 3rd to 4th, now is this a easy problem to sort or am i looking at a new box?

Gunna spend mon rubbing down the boot and bonnet, unfortunetly theyre mercury grey and i need moonstone! Going to fit the ap clutch too! Looks more like a cossie now wiv the bonnet

 

Sorry to say but no way does your car make 400bhp on Greens and only 1.2bar boost

im only going on the dyno print out from interpro maybe the boost has been turned down since!! Also i said AT THE FLYWHEEL so about 330@wheels! Anyway theyre only figures the main thing is its fookn good fun to drive and i cant wait to get some decent tyres and track it! Clutch goes on 2moro and im not looking forward to driving it! Its going to take a bit of getting used too

 

figures mean nothing,it's how it drives that counts

but yeah,400 is way off the mark, probably around 300bhp

 

theyre dark greens injectors just had a good look

 

Get some greys in her, and a live map then you`ll feel the difference trust me

 

sorry m8 car would never make 400 on dark greens prob not even greys and at 1.2 bar you prob got 310 bhp ish looks a nice car though m8

 

Dark Greens, i believe only flow enough fuel for around 22-23psi or so boost. So anything above 330-340bhp AT THE FLYWHEEL sounds like poo poo.
1.2bar (17psi) held, could be a healthy 290-310bhp AT THE FLYWHEEL i would guess.

Good luck with the RR, the main thing is that it runs bob on. You didn't mention a breather kit, if it's not got one, probably the first thing to get.
