Default Steering wheel judder between 50-60

Any ideas what this possibly is?

I have recently changed alloys and I would think tracking, but Im sure it did it with my previous wheels on as well.

Indeed, by a specialist, not a Kwik fit centre.

Incidentally, have you checked your column bushes? Hold the steering wheel tight and attempt to move it up and down. Excessive movement means that the bushes need doing.
